Ingredients

  • 2 quarts beef broth
  • 1 pound liver
  • 2 eggs
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • salt/pepper
  • bread crumbs

Directions

Grind liver, add eggs, garlic, parsley, salt pepper and enough bread crumbs to hold the dumplings together. Drop in broth and cook approximately 15 minutes.
