Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons oil
Directions
Put rice, water, 1 teaspoon oil and salt in pan. Boil on high until most of the water is gone. Reduce to simmer, cover for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let set covered for 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and add to rice. |
