Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- dash of cinnamon
- 1-2 bay leaves
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 minutes. Remove bay leaves and process to smooth sauce. |
