Ingredients

  • 1 large bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 ½ cups swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • salt/pepper , on potatoes

Directions

Place potatoes on bottom of an ungreased baking dish. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Spread cheese over potatoes. Pour shipping cream (as is) over cheese. Drizzle butter over entire mixture. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
