Ingredients
- 1 cup 90° water
- 2 packages 1/4 oz dry yeast
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
1. Place water in a bowl, add yeast and let rest for 10 minutes. |
2. In processor, mix 2 cups of flour and the yeast mixture. Add the 1/2 remaining flour in 3 batches. The dough should be a ball. |
3. Using the oil, completely coat the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for approximately one and a quarter hour or until the dough is doubled in size. Punch dough down. |
4. Coat a tart pan with oil and transfer dough to the tart pan. Shape into the tart pan to over. Using our finger, make dents in the dough. Brush with additional oil. |
5. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the pan. |
