Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups cold mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2.5-4 cups flour

Directions

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until dissolved. Add potatoes and salt. Add flour 1 cup at a time at first with your hands. Add enough flour to hold dumplings together. Make into the size of a 4 inch ball. Once made into balls, drop into a bowl, if it holds together, cook in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
