Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine shrimp and BBQ sauce. Divide green pepper into center of 4 pieces of foil. Stir garlic into hot butter, remove from heat and add spices. Pour over green pepper and add shrimp mixture. Seal foil and grill 20 minutes, turning packets. Serve over rice. |
