Ingredients

  • one English cucumber
  • ¾ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions

Wash the cucumber and coarsely chop. Salt lightly. Sandwich between two paper towels that are doubled to remove the water. Toast the seeds over low heat for 3 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix the seeds with yogurt and cilantro. Stir into cucumbers and serve.
