Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 shells
- sour cream, cheese, lettuce
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine lime juice and chili powder. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return to pot and add corn, salsa, and bean. Cover and heat through, approximately 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. |
