Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 12 shells
  • sour cream, cheese, lettuce

Directions

Place chicken in crock pot. Combine lime juice and chili powder. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return to pot and add corn, salsa, and bean. Cover and heat through, approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese.
