Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup sliced red onion
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 Tablespoon fresh chopped mint
- 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
- 3 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons Thai fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 16 napa cabbage leaves
Directions
Over medium high heat in skillet, combine water, chicken and onion. Cook until chicken is done, drain. Return to pan, add remaining ingredients with the exception of the napa leaves. Serve with cilantro-lime rice as a side dish. Roll chicken mixture in leaves. |
