Ingredients
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
In shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and paprika. In separate dish, mix together egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then flour mixture. In skillet, heat butter, saute chicken until golden brown. Add mushrooms and onion, saute for 3-5 minutes. In bowl, mix together broth, wine, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. Over medium heat simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. |
