Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ of lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup flour
  • pinch garlic powder
  • pinch paprika
  • 6 chicken breast , boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 6 lemon slices, garnish
  • 2 sprigs parsley, garnish

Directions

In shallow dish, mix together, egg and juice of 1/2 lemon. In another dish, mix together flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg, then flour mixture.

Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add breasts and cook until golden brown on each side.

In medium bowl, mix together broth, juice of 1 lemon, and pour mixture oven chicken in skillet. REduce heat and medium low and let simmer for 8 minutes. Place on platter and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
