Ingredients

  • 3 packages broccoli spears, frozen
  • 5-6 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cr of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions

Grease 9 x 13 dish and place broccoli spears on the bottom. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and put on top of the broccoli. Combine, soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken and top with bread crumbs. To make buttered bread crumbs, place 2 tablespoons of butter in cup and melt in microwave. Add bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
