Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups panko bread crumbs
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Directions

Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic. Combine in another pan, combine mustard and wine. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, the crumb mixture. Put in shallow pan, refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Drizzle chicken with melted butter, bake uncovered at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
