Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups caramel ice cream topping
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 2/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

Combine the butter, sugar, flour, oats, and baking soda. Pack 1/2 the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Add the caramel sauce, chocolate chips and top with the oatmeal mixture. (sprinkle in a crumbly way) Bake additional 15-20 minutes.
