Ingredients
- 8 roma tomatoes, diced
- ⅓ cup basil leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon EVOO
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf crusty bread
Directions
Combine the first seven ingredients. Slice and toast the bread. Top with tomato mixture. |
