Ingredients

  • 8 roma tomatoes, diced
  • cup basil leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon EVOO
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 loaf crusty bread

Directions

Combine the first seven ingredients. Slice and toast the bread. Top with tomato mixture.
