Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon-slices
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. In large zip-loc bag, combine sugar and mustard. Add bacon and toss to coat. Line a bking sheet with foil. Place cooling rack on the lined baking sheet. Put bacon on rack and roast in oven for 20 minutes. Let drain before serving.
