Ingredients
- ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup half and half
Directions
Reserve 1/4 cup of the blue cheese. Beat remaining blue cheese and the cream cheese in small bowl with mixer on low until blended. Add mayo and 1/2 and 1/2; beat on low speed until creamy. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. |
