Ingredients
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon shallots-thinly sliced
- ` tablespoon honey
- ⅓ cup Extra virgin olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 6 beets roasted and sliced
- 6 cups arugula
- ½ cup chopped walnuts , toasted
- ½ avocado-cubed
- 3 ounces fresh soft goat cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients for the dressing, adding at the end the oil. Combine all ingredients and top with dressing. |
