Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 pound sirloin beef, sliced thinly
- ⅔ cups low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup carrots, matchstick cut
- 2 small onions, wedged
- 4-5 cups broccoli
- 3-4 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
Directions
Combine the water and cornstarch until smooth and add beef. Mix together next five ingredients. Heat 1 T oil. Cook beef and remove. Add 2T oil and stir fry carrots, onion, and broccoli for four minutes. Add garlic. Add beef, then liquid and heat through. Serve over rice. |
