Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon shallot , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup walnut oil

Directions

In small blender, combine all but oitl. Pour into glass bowl and slowly whisk in oil. Keep cool.
