Ingredients

  • 1 tomato puree, large can
  • tubed tomato paste, large squeeze
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • whole onion, quartered
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • cinnamon stick

Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer for an hour. Remove onion and stick-discard.
