Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons EVOO
  • .75 ounce fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered
  • 5 ounces arugula
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese

Directions

Puree the dressing ingredients together. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
