Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons EVOO
- .75 ounce fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound strawberries, quartered
- 5 ounces arugula
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
Directions
Puree the dressing ingredients together. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve immediately. |
